Affiliate Instructions

These instructions are for Independent Consultants who have already been contacted by Rick Crawford, our Affiliate Manager, received the Affiliate Information Package, and who have signed and returned the Affiliate Agreement to TCCS.

The basic steps are as follows:

  1. Read carefully and fill out the required information on the Independent Consultant Agreement (see below), then fax or mail completed form to TCCS. The fax number is: 281-445-8227 
  2. Create a Paypal account (see below.)
  3. Pay your $199 ($99 for existing program members) fee for your custom website, marketing materials, etc. Pay using PayPal or checking account draft (see below.)
  4. Setup $25 PayPal monthly payment for your CRM system. (CRM membership and fees are required for all Consultants,)Toll-Free Number Membership is optional.
  5. Select your domain name for your website.
  6. Register domain name (registrar links below.)
  7. Fill out online form with required information (to be used on you business cards, website, and other marketing materials.)
  8. Once your website is working, test your autoresponder signup form.
  9. Access your website's email account via webmail or through Outloook Express (set up instructions below.)
  10. Order marketing materials with PayPal through shopping cart (link below.)

Note: Your $199 or $99 (for existing program members) fee incudes your website, hosting, set-up, and 1000 business cards.
